Jetty depends on the version 1.0 of javax.annoation.
However, we can't use the currently packaged javax.annotation in orbit because it does not export the package javax.annotation.security
This package is present in the jar so unless I am missing something the change should be limited to tweaking the MANIFEST.MF of that jar.

Sorry about that. Yes, it was just an over-sight. I've corrected the manifest and it will be in the next Orbit build.
