Description Fredrik Berg Kjolstad CLA 2010-11-12 17:38:19 EST
When creating a Parallel Application Run Configuration specifying a debugger should be optional. Some users may be interested in testing out PTP without configuring and installing a debugger (SDM), or may just want to run a parallel application and not debug it at all.

Currently the meny does not allow you to save if a path to the SDM is not given. A workaround is to give it a path to another file.
Comment 1 Greg Watson CLA 2010-12-07 15:48:36 EST
The Debug tab has been removed from the Parallel Application Run Configuration. It is now only present in the Parallel Application Debug Configuration, so the user will not see it unless they are launching a debug job. This change has been applied to HEAD.
