To reproduce:
- Create 2 lifeline and a Create Message
- Select the Message and try to modify its MessageSort

- The "Forbidden Action" dialog appears and keep reappearing when OK button is Clicked.

If the action is forbidden it may be better to turn the Property view so that the Message sort appears as read-only ?
