A nested Class cannot be dragged in Class Diagram (only in Class NestedClassifier compartment).

In case this is the expected behavior, let me know as this is required in Requirement Diagram.

It is fixed.
this algorithm was bad written.
I have also fix a bug in order to draw a containment link. It was impossible to draw a containment link between two element that have already a relation containment  in the semantic. 
I do not close the bug in order to add test  and to comment and clean the code about  this functionality
