Build Identifier: 

Open element dialog could not find declaration of enums element.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. write code:
enum {ELEMENT_1};

2. choose in menu navigate\Open Element.
3. enter ELEMENT_1

result: nothing found.
