Hi,

When using the MoDisco composition discoverer for Java, the first discoverer to be called is the KDM one. Then the java discoverer window appears and it is possible to cancel it. 

When a user cancel the whole discovery on the java discoverer window, it does not launch the composition process, but the KDM model has already been created. Therefore the KDM discoverer should be called after the Java one.

Correction available in revision 3704.

Also, a test has been added after each main step for cancellation of a long process.
