The discoverers in the MoDisco sub-menu are not always presented in the same order. This is confusing for the user, who must visually parse the whole menu each time to find the discoverer he's looking for.

You are right. 
Since some huge refactoring is in progress on discovery framework, such a requirement will be taken in account during this process.
