The Manage Associations Dialog box seems to show records in a random order.

The default order should be the visible Association name
That is sort on Association FQN if 'show fully qualified names' is selected, else use the simple name.

Clicking on the column heading should ascending sort in order of that column.

If you want you could also sort in descending order if the column is clicked again.

ManageLinksDialog: Added sorting ability to table. Also added ability for columns to resize with window.
