Build Identifier: WTP 3.2.3

In both tabs in the 'Deployment Assembly' properties page, the 'Apply' and the 'Add...' button are using 'A' as their accelerator keys. Also, the 'Manifest Entries' tab and the 'Deployment Assembly' tab are missing accelerator keys to allow to easily change between tabs.

Proposed Patch

Patch adds accelerator keys for both tabs in the 'Deployment Assembly' page and fixes the duplicate keys issue.
