Two issues crept into the semi-automatic release of 2.1.0.RELEASE/1.1.0.RELEASE: the GW zip file was not copied to the download site and GW ended up depending on an older version of VK. Both these were due to a manual step being necessary. This should be automated to avoid similar problems in the future.

This has now been fixed. There is a new value that can be given to the build type option '-r' of 'full-product'. When using this option the gemini web version must also be given '-g' for the release.
