our performance tests  will fail if the execution time more than 10% of the average time.
when I run pdt head build after pdt 2.2 helios build,lots of performance tests fail.

Do not know the exact reason,but I think this has some relation with 
321880: [PHP 5.3] Content Assist does not suggest class alias
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=321880
which has been fixed in head.
