It is difficult to quickly find all Unsubmitted tasks.  Given that these are like "Draft" emails, we need a mechanism to quickly find them, in order to make the user aware of tasks they may have created but neglected to submit.  I think that the options we have here are to override the scheduling information and put them in Outgoing, or to add them to a bin higher than Outgoing and sort them together.

Would love to see unsubmitted changes in the outgoing folder.

We could try moving the Outgoing bin to the top or we could show it in the Categorized presentation. I still find the current Planning presentation that mixes planning and inbox concerns not optimal and would prefer if we separated this in the future.

I agree with your points above.  Let's make it a part of a bigger discussion on fixing this for 3.6.
