Description Sam Davis CLA 2010-11-01 17:13:14 EDT
In scheduled presentation, there is a folder called Completed. When "Hide Completed Tasks" is checked, the folder appears empty, which is unhelpful. I think it would be better to show the completed tasks in that folder even "Hide Completed Tasks" is checked. The "Hide Completed Tasks" button should probably just be grayed out when in scheduled presentation. The ability to hide completed tasks is useful when they might appear in different places in the list (i.e. in categorized presentation), but not when they have their own separate folder.

I have some tasks showing under Completed but not all 15000 which is probably a good thing. Agreed that this option makes less sense in the scheduled presentation so it would be better to disable the menu item as it is in focused mode and filter the folder by default. The reason it's there in the first place is to support find.

Rob, can you fix these inconsistencies?

It's unclear that the original suggestion is worthwhile. For now we'll just hide the folder as part of bug 319889.
