In converting the processes to configuration-free, a number of role descriptors were left in on the task descriptors. Since we contribute role assignments, those should not be part of the descriptor, rather they should be calculated when the configuration is published. These local role assignments should be removed from the task descriptors in all processes.
Removed all dangling role descriptors throughout the practices library (openup and abrd processes).
Closed for 1.5.1.2 release on Jun 10.
