(bidi) IME will change to HE/AR when clicking backspace to space.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. change IME to EN, Type one English word + space + English word
2. Then backspace until the space
3. intput some text 

Bug:
The IME changed to HE/AR, input in step 3 is not english text.  need change IME to EN to continue.3.
