weblogic dependencies - delete key doesn't work

create a DWP
create multiple jms module files as system modules
open project properties
place cursor on one and hit del key

It looks like the default key bindings for Delete is only in effect "In
Windows" rather than "In Dialogs and Windows". You can see this under General
-> Keys. If you switch the When settings, this will start to work.

Not sure why the default is setup that way. Tried to play around a bit with
adding an extra assignment, but that just resulted in key binding conflicts.
Need to defer further experimentation as risky.

Verified by copying phone content into the send contact dialog and was able to delete in the dialog.
