Description Dave Russo CLA 2010-10-28 13:57:54 EDT
causal analysis of generated cdoc pages shows up numerous HTML errors:
   unescapped &'s
<go>...</go> tags that, in theory, should _never_ be output
   missing DOCTYPE headers
   un-escapped spaces in hrefs
      :

We _really_ need to run some simple HTML validation over the generated output to ensure we are clean and the cdoc tool is operating as expected.

For an example of the bogus <go> tags see http://rtsc.eclipse.org/cdoc-tip/index.html#xdc/runtime/IGateProvider.html

numerous fixes (411148, 428953, 428942, 428933, ...) seem to have made this bug obsolete
