Created attachment 182064 [details] EPartService patch v3 Discovered some other issues surrounding obscured parts that were part of the activation history or parts with parents that weren't actually being rendered.

To clarify, what's different about this problem is that if you try to reopen the 'Debug' view, you will see that the 'Package Explorer' is now visible in the same stack as the 'Debug' view.
