Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to download.eclipse.org in your web browser

I'm unable to reproduce this, locally or remotely.  If I go to download.eclipse.org I get redirected to the 'main' downloads page as I expect.  If I pick a file and select the main site the download works.

Is there another network you can try from? Or can you be more specific about what behavior you expect?

T've reduced the severity because my inbox hasn't exploded, which is usually the case if download.eclipse.org is offline.
