According to recent build and comparator test:

The following features could use re-tagging, to make sure they have distinct versions from previous builds. 

If anyone wanted to dig through it ... there might be "one change" that's to "blame" (e.g. xml) ... but I think just to retag all involved would be the most expedient solution.
