the following source code on page 8 is wrong:
DomainModel :
(elements+=Entity)*;

the correct version is on page 6
DomainModel :
(elements+=Type)*;

please fix the wrong version on page 8


also as another hint on page 3. The example is not so nice, as a Person can also join sessions. This is not reflected in the example, nor the meta model.
Please think about this. I would add a reference to sessions for both speaker and persons. Person can join sessions and Speakers give sessions (and also can join them). Just my 2cents :-)
