Value serializers are currently registered using an Eclipse extension point. This doesn't work if Sapphire is used outside of an OSGi context. We need to replace the current extension system with a more portable solution.
Enhancement implemented. Details available in the what's new document for 0.2 release.

Created a Dollar value serializer in sample.
Verify value serializer service at runtime. But an error was flagged in the sapphire-extension.xml file. At the "Value Serialization Service" tab, Type class and Implementation class both have error marks, the problem text is "Could not resolve type class x". Class x is indeed in the project.
