I20101025-1800 and HEAD

I don't see tool tips any more (e.g. Snippet278). This makes the IDE hard to use, since e.g. toolbar items have no description any more.

Note that tooltips for cut tree or table items and for links (bug 328706) are still there.

Fix

Ouch. This is a refactoring gone bad. When I factored out the code that creates a subclass of NSWindow I passed the wrong callback into the method that returns tooltips for Controls.
