ant build file

I have a build file where content assist for the properties defined in the file does not work throughout the file.

In the attached file, I can only get content assist for properties such as "xmlDir", etc., to work in the last target ("Producer Report") in the file. Attempting content assist in earlier targets attributes produces nothing.
