In 3.x, the user is prompted. We seem to be automatically saving in 4.x.

Workbench patch v1

Changed the implementation of saveAll(IShellProvider, IRunnableContext, ISaveableFilter, boolean) to just be identical to the one in 3.x. I don't know why I didn't do this earlier.
