It would be better to do auto synchronizing all opened RSE files when Eclipse starts. It's very uncomfortable when I do a lot of changes in file after Eclipse is opened and receive message about remote file changing only when I try to save my changes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Eclipse
2. Go to RSE perspective and open any remote file
3. Close Eclipse
4. Do changes in remote file from step 2 in any diffeent editor and save it
5. Open Eclipse and see that the file from step 2 is the same as when we close Eclipse (without any changes from step 4)
6. Do changes in remote file via Eclipse and try to save. In this case you'll see the message about changes of remote file.

It's strange that there's not more "traffic" on this issue. It's quite easy to forget to right-click in the Remote Systems explorer and choose "Synchronize Cache" after having started Eclipse.

It'd make a lot more sense if the cache was refreshed automatically upon starting Eclipse, for any file/buffer previously opened.
