Keep the Edge being modified in ReconnectRequest extended data is necessary to be able to distinguish the currently edited view among all views related to an Edge.

The BaseItemSemanticEditPolicy template has been modified to add the edited view to request extended data in getCommand().

The constant holding this data is generated, but may possibly be used at model level (not diagram specific), this constant has also been declared in oep.diagram.common for this matter.
