Build Identifier: M20100211-1343 (OSEE 0.9.4.v201006042003)

In previous versions of OSEE, this BLAM worked.
However, in version 0.9.4, Change Artifact Type goes through the motions of changing the type, including asking for confirmation of loss of any attributes which do not exist in the new type, but does not actually change the type
