Update the URLs on ECF download page (http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/downloads.php) to the http://github.com/ECF for content/sources and to http://download.ecf-project.org/repo for builds for most of the code.

Also the old URL's are used on ECF Documentation page http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/documentation.php

Thanks for the report.  Fixes released to HEAD (and to website).  Resolving this one as fixed.

Note that since we have recently moved to git for both Foundation (git.eclipse.org) and ECF 'extras' codebases (github.com), for some time we will likely have other docs links that need to be updated...so any further reports and/or doc fix contributions would be appreciated.
