In the attached target if you deselect any bundle on the Content page then the OSGi bundle (and a bunch of others) disappear from the target.  It does not seem to matter which bundle you remove.  Even deselecting a source bundle causes the problem.

I can no longer reproduce this in 3.7 RC3.  You can remove any bundles from the target and everything appears to be ok.  Closing as WORKSFORME unless it is reproduced again.
