Restructuring review was approved in April 2010. The Eclipse Board of Directors approved the charter for a new Mylyn (ALM) Top-Level project in June. The Mylyn leadership has been working on providing details for the move.

I have created bug 328393 to track the steps for provisioning the sub projects.

We have approval from EMO Legal for the following project names (which were lifted from the restructuring document):

Mylyn Builds
Mylyn Tasks
Mylyn Context
Mylyn Versions
Mylyn Builds
Mylyn Docs
Mylyn Commons

Mylyn Reviews is not listed since it has already been created and is only moving as part of the restructuring.

Thanks Wayne. That's good news. The only project that I am not seeing in the list is Mylyn Incubator. Would we be able to also get approval for that?

All sub-projects were successfully provisioned and meta-data, plans etc. should be up to date. Are we done here?

Wayne, I think we can close this. The tools.mylyn project is now history (bug 338416).
