I use this tools for my first WAR deploy.
I always use wizard based on my launch configuration, and every time i must adjust start level in the config.ini (org.eclipse.commons, javax.persistence and other of EclipseLink).

Is possible read and use start level defined in the launch configuration based on?

Another enhancement is the ability to import plugin outside target platform, for example the special:
com.finantix.equinox.jndibridge.extensionbundle
org.eclipse.equinox.servletbridge.extensionbundle
The reason is that these plugin never appear in the target platform or launch configuration, they are used only on EAR/WAR
