I synchronize with the workspace, either from the team menu by checking the check box "Include local uncommitted changes..." or from the Git Repositories View with "Synchronize With Workspace". In the workspace model I double click a file to open the compare editor. This compare editor has wrong commit Ids as label. The content, however, is correct.

Fixed with commit 708e8f6ce344648347e6c287e144e5168856e3d4
