I renamed a file in a project using Eclipse Alt-Shift-R action. Then tried to do a "Team - Synchronize..." on a project in which I renamed one file.

Alex, could you check it on newest version of EGit?

It seams that this issue was fixed some time ago, because currently line 59 in GitSynchronizeData is an java-doc.

Not reproducible with jgit 0.11.1 and eGit 0.11.1.
