If the first SubModule inside a Module is invisible, the Module does not get rendered valid. The workarea does not show a view.

The visible state of SubModuleNodes now gets considered when calculating the height of the body of the ModuleView. The NavigationProcessor now considers the visible state when collecting the activation-list.
