Running the all tests on e4 yields 110 failures. A lot of the failures are due to previous tests failing. The tests should be made more robust and the code needs to be fixed where applicable.

Test are now passing: https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/mylyn-integration/TARGET=e4.2,ppc64=hudson-slave7(ppc64)/. The only exception is editor restore which is tracked on bug 350482.
