Do you intent to do this manually? Eventually we probably want to integrate this into the automated build.

Yes, it was my intention to do it manually, as I've done it manually in the past.  

It would be great to have it done by the automated build.  The file org.eclipse.ecf/javadoc.xml could be used pretty easily I think (as that's what I use/have used manually)...but I think we've got enough releng still in front of us for ECF 3.4...so I don't think it should be done automatically for ECF 3.4 (I'll just do it manually in the next couple of days).

Agreed, can you file a separate releng bug for 3.5 or 3.4.1?
