GeminiOSGiInitializer(ClassLoader loader)  does not call super(loader)

I am running into a NPE in EclipseLink persistence unit initialization because the initializationClassLoader that would be set by the call to super is not set.  The NPE occurs when we are discovering persistence unit archives.
