<layout> tags are replaced with <encoder> tags and PatternLayout class replaced with PatternLayoutEncoder class refs in serviceability.xml or logback.xml files.

This is due to the upgrade in logback version used.

Specifically the files are:

org.eclipse.virgo.medic/org.eclipse.virgo.medic.core/src/test/resources/logback.xml
org.eclipse.virgo.medic/org.eclipse.virgo.medic.core/src/test/resources/logback-test.xml
org.eclipse.virgo.documentation/user-guide/src/configuring.xml
