Looking at the about.html of org.eclipse.wst.standard.schemas:

it seems that about.html is truncated at the end, and following text is missing:

able at <a
	href="http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/copyright-software-19980720"
	target="_blank">http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/copyright-software-19980720</a>.</p>

in order to be consistent with the similar section about W3C DTD's above.
