Couple of things to be fixed here.

1. Make the Library test suite running on the central test setup.
2. Fix the exsisting failing Query2 test.

- Library test running centrally
- Syntax tests running centrally

Syntax tests still failing because indexing does not happen in time

All tests are fixed and are running centrally

All the tests are fixed and submitted.
Tests are green on the build server.
