When attempting to install the PDE/API tool environment descriptions, there is an error;

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: PDE/API Tools Environment Descriptions J2SE 16 1.0.0.v20100927-7C-7BF9JgLWLMBMMAMsLL (org.eclipse.pde.api.tools.ee.j2se16.group 1.0.0.v20100927-7C-7BF9JgLWLMBMMAMsLL)
  Missing requirement: PDE/API Tools Environment Descriptions J2SE 16 1.0.0.v20100927-7C-7BF9JgLWLMBMMAMsLL (org.eclipse.pde.api.tools.ee.j2se16.group 1.0.0.v20100927-7C-7BF9JgLWLMBMMAMsLL) requires 'org.eclipse.pde.api.tools.ee.j2se16 0.0.0' but it could not be found


This is because the 1.6 description bundle is actually named
org.eclipse.pde.api.tools.ee.javase16
