Is there an exception in the log when this happens?
Hi, I do not see any exceptions in the workspace/.metadata/.log file Thanks! -D
Hi All, Is there any additional assistence I can provide to get this resolved? Thanks! D
Similar issue was fixed in 3.2.1, see bug 318596. Similar issue is tracked for 3.2.3, see bug 326547.
The fix is also in 3.2.3 and 3.3. Please let us know if you are still seeing the issue in any of the above release streams.
I can still reproduce this in Helios (which I think is 3.6). Thanks! Doug

Please try the use case in the latest service release of WTP-Helios, http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R3.2.2/R-3.2.2-20100915173744/
Moving this 3.3, waiting for response
