This bug will track validation and content support for JAXB 2.2 package level annotations.

This may depend in part on bug 327918.

For Dali 3.0 the following has been completed:

- Implementation and defaults for package-level annotations
- General validation for package-level annotations

No content assist has been completed due to bug 326610.
Bug 345285 has been entered to track this enhancement for the future.
