Since JAXB classes are not directly associated with a schema, but are instead associated with a namespace, if there is to be any validation or code assist related to schema metadata, there must be a way to associate schema namespaces in a project with schema locations.

This bug will track our decisions on support for this for the Indigo release.

I've added a general mechanism for associating schemas with namespaces for the purposes of validation and content assist, accessible via the JAXB project's properties.

Users may choose a catalog or workspace schema.
