Since there is no metadata file in JAXB that lists all classes that are to be contained in a JAXB context, nor is there a strict requirement that a JAXB class have any annotations, there needs to be a mechanism to determine the complete list of classes in a project that are to be considered JAXB classes.

This bug will track our support decisions for this for the Indigo release.

We have added general context model support for JAXB 2.2 with a number of exceptions.
