Refine the o.e.d.c.oda.design.AxisAttributes model element to allow defining result set column(s) that are related to an axis data element.  For example, for a dimension member AxisType element, its related column(s) are those modeled to be its attribute. Multiple related columns may be combined to be a compounded attribute of a dimension.

In addition, a data element, such as column or parameter, may be identified by name and/or position.  Refine the model to extract and encapsulate these 2 attributes into a new complex type element.
