Build Identifier: 

When deleting a package such as 'com.mycompany', everything is removed as expected, but the 'com' portion still remains in the project

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new TS model project
2. Create an Entity in the project under package 'com.mycompany'
3. Make sure the package presentation is displayed as Flat: In the view toolbar > select Package Presentation > Flat
4. Right click on com.mycompany > select Delete > click on OK.  Notice that 'com' is still displayed in the source folder.  

The expectation is for the entire package and all of its children to be removed.
