Proposed eclipse-build patch to solve prepare-build-dir.sh problems

Attached is a proposed patch for eclipse-build. This should solve (some) problems related to prepare-build-dir.sh not running properly for pdebuild based plug-in builds.

There is already one patch for adding this eclipse-pde.build-add-package-build.patch .
Please merge your patch into that one.

Thanks, I've missed that prepare-build-dir.sh is added by eclipse-build. Merged now.
