Steps: 
1) Create JSF DWP with pages and create some navigations between them and 
save.  At this point, source should be synced. 
2) From source view, if you modify nav cases or rules like page names, etc. 
and flip back to Navigation page, it is still not picked up.   Notice also 
that it does not matter if the source was saved or not.

I can't reproduce this, and neither can developer who reported it to me. We can re-open if we find some condition that makes it reproducible.
